All Bawdens.Company products are sent standard delivery with Royal Mail , in which you will receive within TWO WEEKS before shipping. but We cannot guarantee what day your delivery will arrive.

all individuals who purchase one of our products will be sent an email saying that you have completed the order. it will also inform us that you have your email, meaning that if there is any thing wrong with the delivery you can be sure that we will find the solution to your problem.

Shipping

Any item purchased through Bawdens.Company will mean that the customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost is also refunded.
Returns
you will have 14 days to return the Product from when the product is shipped. For it to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

Items purchased from Bawdens.Company, when your returns came back it will be thoroughly inspected, and we will email you the status of your refund.

We take every care to ensure our products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur.

We sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another product of the same size or price within the 14 days of purchase.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
